demonstrate computer literacy.

recognize and examine societal implications of computer
uses.

be able to use the computer as a word processing and
graphics tool.
A variety of work packets, resource materials and handouts will be
utilized.
Planner, textbook, pencil/pen (blue
or black), folder and paper.
Student handbook rules will be
enforced (i.e. tardies, absences).
Gum, candy, food or drink is not
allowed in the computer lab.
Report damaged or missing equipment
immediately!
You are responsible for your work
station -- keep it clean!
Classroom assignments, projects, and
tests 80%
Keyboarding 20%
A=93-100% Student completes all assignments,
demonstrates high effort and is attentive in class.
B=86-92% Student does above average work,
shows good effort and is cooperative in class.
C=78-85% Student does average work, shows good effort and is cooperative
in class.
D=70-77% Student does below average work, has
few assignments completed, shows little or no effort in class and is
uncooperative in class.
