Expectations

 

!      Follow ALL directions

!      Use no offensive language, bullying, or improper actions

!      Bring required supplies/materials to class each day

!      Keep hand, feet, objects to yourself

!      Bring no cell phones, electronic entertainment devices, coats, food or drinks to class

 

Pet Peeves

 

!      Have consistent attendance

!      Turn in required daily projects/tests and have homework ready

!      Complete makeup projects/tests within a week after absence

!      Bring NO electronic equipment in the building and NO earphones, floppies, Cds, flash drives,      games or grooming products into the computer lab unless using for a project

!      Be responsible for the care of your computer station

!      Unless printing, stay in your seat until the bell rings for dismissal

!      Stay awake in class-no head down or sleeping

!      Focus on current class projectsÑdo not work on projects from other classes

!      Complete your won workÑno coping or sharing of work

 

Rewards

 

!      Class field trips

!      Playing computer games

!      Free time or Internet privileges

 

Consequences

 

!      Receive a verbal warning Ð sign behavior log

!      Last out the door Ð sign behavior log

!      Remain one minute after class Ð sign behavior log

!      Contact parent/guardian Ð sign behavior log

!      Send referral to Dean

 

Severe Clause

 

!      Examples: fighting, vandalism, overt defiance, stopping class from functioning Ð results in immediate referral to Dean Ð ISS.
